1) Does anyone know of a trial using Fludarabine +/- an antibody? Unfortunately I don't know the name of the antibody. Possibly Rituximab.

2) Its a long shot, but has anyone been treated with Campath twice?

Hi Sylvie,

Might it be CLL6:

In relation to Campath 'twice' my understanding is that the effects are so dependant on individual factors such as previous treatment and disease type that no general response can be given to your question.

That said resistance to treatment is not a problem as with drugs. Within the CLL207 trial initial treatment was for 6 cycles of Campath. If there was no detectable disease no further cycles are given but if disease returns within 6 months a further 6 cycles are given.Don't know whether that counts as twice!

Is there something specific you wanted to know about?

Best wishes,

Adrian.
